Recession has brought to the foreground age discrimination, which now is more prominent than racism. It is now a noticeable trend that workers of 45yrs and older, employed before the recession are less likely to be fired than younger workers. Ageism today is dying harder than racism. This crisis is bringing out all the vices in the society and when it is necessary that each one be responsible in putting in their share for bring out ones country into a more stable situation. Vices of any kind have to be eradicated by unity. Discriminations of any kind be it age or race have to abolished for a society to flourish.
