Media report confirms deeper penetration of the Taliban into crucial areas in Pakistan such as Punjab province and in other tribal belts in Pakistan. The Taliban move to sneak out of the rugged hills of Afghanistan into the mountainous valleys and tribal belts of Pakistan follows constant US drone attacks to flush out the Taliban militants from their hideout. If the Pakistan government does not take decisive action soon enough, Pakistan’s stability is at serious risk.
